| dc.description | تناولت هذه الد را سة موضوع في غاية الأهمية وهو دور السياسة النقدية في تحقيق الاستقرا ر النقدي في الجزا ئر خلال الفترة 2000 - 2020 ، ومن هذا المنطلق تم طرح الإشكالية التالية: ما هو دور السياسة النقدية في تحقيق الاستقرا ر النقدي في الجزا ئر خلال الفترة 2000 - 2020 ، وقد هذه الد را سة الى معرفة مختلف أنواع وأدوات السياسة النقدية المستخدمة من قبل البنك المركزي في الجزا ئر، خلال فترة الد را سة، ود را سة تطور الكتلة النقدية ومقابلاتها واستنتاج انعكاس السياسة النقدية على الاستقرا ر النقدي من خلال د را سة تطور معدل معامل الاستقرا ر النقدي، وقد خلصنا ان البنكالمركزي يعتمد على أداة استرجاع السيولة وتسهيلة الودائع في امتصاص الفائض من السيولة بشكل أكبر من الاحتياطي الاجباري في حين تعتبر باقي الأدوات غير فعالة كما ان الكتلة النقدية عرفت تطورا كبيرا وتزا يد نتج عنه صعوبة في التحكم فيه من خلال السياسة النقدية بشكل فعال وجيد. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | This study dealt with a very important topic, which is the role of monetary policy in achieving monetary stability in Algeria during the period 2000-2020. The study aims to know the various types and tools of monetary policy used by the Central Bank of Algeria during the study period, study the development of the monetary mass and its counterparts, and conclude the reflection of monetary policy on monetary stability by studying the evolution of the monetary stability coefficient rate, and we have concluded that the central bank relies on a retrieval tool Liquidity and deposit facilitation in absorbing the excess liquidity more than the compulsory reserve, while the rest of the tools are considered ineffective, and the monetary mass has witnessed a great development and increase, which resulted in difficulty in controlling it through the monetary policy effectively and well. | en_US |
