Abstract

He study aims to identify the guarantee of facilitating financing in the field of investment. This is done by dividing research into three chapters, two theoretical and an applied chapter.Chapter I dealt with investment and investment projects, chapter II dealt with financing and the phases of financing investment projects. hapter III dealt with an applied study at the level of the municipal complex in Mila to study the most important sources of financing, financing decisions, as well as the tools used and the bases of differentiation adopted for the financing decision by the institution.The study concluded that investment is an investment in capital with the expectation of future profits, is vital to the economy, and no institution can undertake an investment project without financing.
