dc.description	نحاول من خلال هذه الد را سة الوقوف على إشكالية تهدف إلى معرفة "دور الحوكمة المؤسسية على الأداء المالي " من خلال د را سة حالة مؤسسة سوناريك، وتتطرق الد را سة لمفاهيم عامة حول حوكمة المؤسسات من تعاريف، خصائص وأهداف، كما تضمنت مجموعة من المبادئ والآليات التي ترتكز عليها الحوكمة، هذا بالإضافة إلى عموميات حول الأداء المالي من تعاريف، أهمية، معايير وكذا أهم المؤشرا ت الأساسية، وبهدف الإجابة على الإشكالية المطروحة اعتمدت الد راسة على تحليل استمارة الاستبيان وذلك لتحليل واختبار فرضيات SPSS لمؤسسة سوناريك، كما اعتمدت الد را سة على استخدام برنامج الد راسة، وقد خلصت هذه الد را سة إلى وجود دور ضعيف إلى متوسط نوعا ما لمبادئ الحوكمة المؤسسية على الأداء المالي، وبناءا على ذلك أوصت الد را سة بالالتزا م أكثر بمتطلبات حوكمة المؤسسات بما يساعد على تحسين الأداء المالي للمؤسسة الاقتصادية	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Throughthisstudy, we are trying to identify a problemthataims to know "the role of corporategovernance on financial performance" through a case study of the Sonarik Corporation. The studyaddressesgeneral concepts about corporategovernance, includingdefinitions, characteristics, and objectives. This is in addition to neralities about financial performance such as definitions, importance, criteria, as well as the most important basic indicators. In order to answer the problemat hand, the studyrelied on analyzing the questionnaire form of the Sonarik Corporation. The studyalsorelied on using the SPSS program in order to analyze and test the potheses of the study. A somewhatweak to medium role for the principles of corporategovernance on the financial performance, and accordingly the studyrecommended a greatercommitment to the requirements of porategovernance in order to help improve the financial performance of the economic institution.	en_US
