dc.description	هدفت هذه الد را سة على تسليط الضوء على الدور الذي يلعبه التخطيط الاسترا تيجي في تحسين الاداء المالي وذلك من خلال التعرف على مفهوم الاستر ا تيجية خصائصها اهميتها مرا حل ومستويات التخطيط الاسترا تيجي من اجل البحث عن العلاقة بين التخطيط الاسترا تيجي والاداء المالي تم التطرق الى ماهية الاداء المالي ومؤشر ا ته وقد لخصت الد را سة الى ان التخطيط الاستر ا تيجي يساهم في تحسين الاداء المالي وذلك عن طريق صياغة الخطط الاست ا رتيجية المناسبة للتعامل مع متغيرا ت المحيط وهدا ما يؤدي الى تحسين الاداء المالي للبنك وبالتالي زيادة أرباحه. وهذا ما لمسناه من خلال د را ستنا لأهمية التخطيط الاسترا تيجي في تحسين الأداء المالي للوكالة الجهوية لبنك الفلاحة والتنمية الريفية ميلة .	en_US
dc.description.abstract	This study sought to shed light on the role played by strategic planning in enhancing financial performance, by defining the concept of strategy, its attributes, its significance, and the stages and levels of strategic planning, and then he searched for a link between strategic planning and financial performance. The study concluded that strategic planning enhances financial performance by developing appropriate strategic plans to confront environmental variables, which enhances the financial performance of the bank and thus enhances profits. This is revealed by our investigation of the value of strategic planning in raising the financial performance of the regional agency of the Bank of Agriculture and Rural Development –Mila–.	en_US
