dc.description	تعد الميزا نية العامة للدولة الوثيقة الاساسية لدراسة المالية العامة لأية دولة من الدول حيث تسعى السلطات العمومية من خلال السياسات العامة المستهدفة الى مواصلة تنفيذ البرنامج الاقتصادي والإجتماعي من خلال الإستعمال الرشيد لموارد الدولة، واوضحت الدراسة أن الجزائر عرفت عجز دائما نتيجة الاختلال الحاصل بين نمو الإيرا دات والنفقات العامة . هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى: معرفة أهم بدائل تمويل عجز الميزا نية العامة في الجزائر خلال الفترة 2000 - 2021 وذلك بالاعتماد على الإحصائيات النهائية للنفقات والإيرادات وتمويل عجز الميزا نية الواردة في قانون تسوية الميزانية. خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى أن أهم مصدر لتمويل الميزانية هو صندوق ضبط الإيرادات، كما أن التمويلات البنكية ساهمت بشكل كبير في تمويل الميزانية خلال هذه الفترة	en_US
dc.description.abstract	The state's general budget is the basic document for the study of public finances for any country, where the public authorities seek through targeted public policies to continue implementing the economic and social program through the rational use of state resources, and the study showed that Algeria has known a permanent deficit as a result of the imbalance between the growth of revenues and public jets.This study aimed to: Identify the most important alternatives to financing the public budget deficit in Algeria during the period 2000-2021, based on the final statistics of expenditures, revenues and financing the budget deficit contained in the budget settlement law	en_US
