dc.description	We tried through this study to highlight the role that information technology governance plays in improving the financial performance of the National Social Security Fund institution for non-employees – Mila. Three main axes : the first axis represents the personal data of the respondents, while the second axis is related to the independent variable (information technology governance) and measures 04 dimensions : accountability, transparency, independence, participation, while the third axis relates to the dependent variable (financial performance). The data was processed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences "SPSS" program and through descriptive and inferential statistic al analysis tools. It was concluded that the dimensions of information technology governance positively affect the financial performance of the National Social Security Fund for non-workers.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	حاولنا من خلال هذه الدر ا سة إبرا ز الدور الذي تلعبه حوكمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات في تحسين الأداء المالي لمؤسسة الصندوق الوطني للضمان الاجتماعي لغير الأجر اء ميلة، وبغرض الوصول إلى هدف - الد را سة فقد تم توزيع الاستبيان على عينة مكونة من 46 موظف يعبر عن أ را ئهم والذي تضمن ثلاثة محاور رئيسية: المحور الأول يمثل البيانات الشخصية لأفرا د العينة، أما المحور الثاني فيتعلق بالمتغير المستقل ) حوكمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات ( ويقيس 04 اد: المساءلة، الشفافية، الاستقلالية، المشاركة، فيما تعلق المحور الثالث بالمتغير التابع ) الأداء المالي (. وتم معالجة البيانات باستخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية " SPSS " ومن خلال أدوات التحليل الإحصائي الوصفي والاستدلالي تم التوصل إلى أن أبعاد حوكمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات تؤثر بشكل ايجابي على الأداء المالي للصندوق الوطني للضمان الاجتماعي لغير الأجرا ء	en_US
