dc.description.abstractThis study aims to know the role of transformational leadership in managing organizational change at the university hospital center Ibn Badis in Constantine, Where transformational leadership is considered one of the most important modern administrative leaderships that are linked to the challenges of change, influence the behavior of subordinates and encourage them to innovate, and a problem for the study was formulated with sub-questions.In order to answer the study question, the general hypothesis was formulated as follows: There is an impact of transformational leadership on change management. To achieve the objective of the study, the descriptive analytical approach was used, which is appropriate to the nature of the subject, While the questionnaire was used as a mean of collecting information and data, which included three axes, and It was designed and distributed to a sample of 63 employees at the University Hospital Center, and the data were processed using the statistical package for social sciences SPSS, as for the statistical methods, frequencies and percentages were relied upon, as well as Arithmetic mean and standard deviation, Pearson correlation coefficient, Cronbach's alpha coefficient, and this study reached a set of results, most notably: - There is a statistically significant effect at the level of significance α≤0.05 for the dimensions of transformational leadership on change management. - That the dimension of ideal influence in transformational leadership was the most acceptable to the respondents, with an arithmetic mean of 3.42. - That the dimension of planning for change in change management was the most acceptable to the respondents, with an arithmetic mean of 3.94.en_US
