Abstract: This study aimed to clarify the influence relationship between the strategic analysis and the selection of the competitive strategy in the economic enterprise from the point of view of the managers and employees of the Sonarik Corporation unit - Fargiowa - Mila state, highlighting the most important concepts related to the strategic analysis and its dimensions, and how to choose a competitive strategy for the enterprise that enables it to survive and maintaining its competitiveness.competitive strategy. Where 39 questionnaires were subjected to the study after the data was collected and processed in the SPSS statistical program, and the study reached a set of results, the most important of which was the existence of an influence relationship between strategic analysis and competitive strategy, and the study reached a set of recommendations, the most important of which was urging economic institutions to adopt The concept of strategic analysis as an organized method that contributes to the analysis of the organization's environment, as it is the basis for choosing the appropriate competitive strategy for it.
