dc.description.abstractThe study amis to identify the impact of Organizational Citizenship Behaviour on knowledge professors of the university centre abdelhafeed boualsouf Mila research was based on the descriptive and analytical approach and use of the questionnaire as a field study tool ,a number of data collection forms were distributed, the study sample was estimated at 64 teachers and after analysis of the results it became clear, there is no statistically significant relationship at the level of morale for Organizationl Citizenship conduct , on the knowledge sharing of the professors of the Mila university centeren_US
