| Abstract: | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة توضيح الجهود التشريعية التي بذلها المشرع الجزائري للتكيف مع التطور الإلكتروني في مجال التجارة الإلكترونية، وقد قمنا بتقسيمها لجزئين، في الجزء الأول تحدثنا عن المعاملات الإلكترونية في القانون الخاص الجزائري من خلال حديثنا عن إضافة المعاملات الإلكترونية للقانون المدني و إضافة المعاملات الإلكترونية للقانون التجاري الجزائري، وتركنا الجزء الثـاني مـن هـذه الدراسة للحديث عن النظام القانوني لمقدمي خدمات الإنترنت والتصديق الإلكتروني في التشريع الجزائري، كما ختمنـا دراسـتنا بخاتمـة تض ّمنت النتائج و التوصيات |
| Description: | This study aims to clarify the efforts of the Algerian legislator to adapt to electronic development in the field of electronic commerce, We divided it into two parts, in the first part, we talked about electronic transactions in private law Algerian through our discussion on the addition of electronic transactions to the civil law and the addition of electronic transactions to Algerian commercial law. We have left the second part of this study to discuss about the Legal System of Internet Service Providers and Electronic Certification in the Algerian legislation and as a conclusion we present the proposed results and recommendations. |
