dc.description	This study aimed to indentify the contribution of training to improving the functional performance of new rofessors of the university center Abdlhafid Boussouf-Mila-, In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the two students use the analytical descriptive approach, In the practical part, we relied on the questionnaire as a research tool for data collection, which was applied on a random sample of 50 new university professors, this data was analysed by using the SPSS version 25, the study was concluded that thereis a positive effect between training and the functional performance, Improved the functional performance of new university professorsunder is influenced by the independent variables of Designing training programs,The trainer (the component), Evaluation of training process	en_US
dc.description.abstract	هدفت هذه الد را سة إلى معرفة مدى مساهمة التكوين في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي للأساتذة الجدد بالمركز الجامعي عبد الحفيظ بوالصوف –ميلة-، ولتحقيق أهداف الد راسة استخدم الطالبتين المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واعتمدت الد را سة التطبيقية على الإستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات، والذي طبق على عينة عشوائية من مجتمع الد را سة وقدرت ب 05 أستاذ، ولمعالجة البيانات تم إستخدام برنامج SPSS نسخة 25 ، خلصت الد را سة على وجود علاقة طردية بين التكوين والأداء الوظيفي، كما يتأثر الأداء الوظيفي للأساتذة الجدد محل الد راسة بالمتغيرا ت المستقلة المتمثلة في: تصميم البرامج التكوينية، المكون، تقييم العملية التكوينية	en_US
