| dc.description | Our studyaims at determining "The Impact of Corona Pandemic on the Decision-Making Process" through an applied study of a sample of professors of the training teams of the University Center of Abdelhafid Boussouf –Mila- The study dealt with both theoretical and practical parts under the following question: - To what extent corona pandemic has affected the degree of application of the steps of the decision-making process among the training teams at the University Center of Abdelhafid Boussouf –Mila-? To understand the subject, we have included the following sub-questions : 1 – To what extent the coronavirus pandemic has affected the entification of the problem in the training teams of the University Center of "Abdelhafid Boussouf –Mila-"?2 - To what extent the coronavirus pandemic has affected the collection of data and information in the training teams of the niversity Center of" Abdelhafid Boussouf –Mila-"? 3- To what extent the coronavirus pandemic has affected the identification of alternatives in the training teams of the University Center of "Abdelhafid Boussouf –Mila-"?4- To what extent the coronavirus pandemic has affected the selection of the right alternative in the training andthe decision-making teams of the University Center of" Abdelhafid Boussouf –Mila-"?The hypotheses of the study were as follow:Main hypothesis:* The coronavirus pandemic has significantly affected the degree to which decision-making steps are applied in the training teams of the University Center of Abdelhafid Boussouf –Mila-? Sub-hypotheses:To examine the study-oriented hypothesis, we have divided it into the following sub-ypotheses that allow us to answer the sub-questions of the study:1- The coronavirus pandemic has significantly affected the problems’ identification in the training teams of the University Center of "Abdelhafid Boussouf –Mila-"? 2 - The coronavirus pandemic has significantly affected the collection of data and information in the training teams of the University Center of "Abdelhafid Boussouf –Mila"-?3- The coronavirus pandemic has significantly affected the identification of alternatives in the training teams of the University Center of "Abdelhafid Boussouf –Mila-"?4- The coronavirus pandemic has significantly affected the selection of the right alternative in the training andthe decision-making teams of the University Center of "Abdelhafid Boussouf –Mila-"?Main Results: ▪ The coronavirus pandemic is significantly affecting the problem's identification phase at a high level.▪ The coronavirus pandemic is significantly affecting affected the collection of data and information phase at a high level.▪ The coronavirus pandemic is significantly affecting affected the identification of alternatives phase at a high level.▪ The coronavirus pandemic is significantly affecting the selection of the right andthe decision-making alternative phase at a high level. | dc.description.abstract | تهدف هذه الد را سة ٳلى التعرف على أثر جائحة كورونا على عملية ٳتخاذ القرا را ت و ذلك من خلال د راسة تطبيقية لعينة من ٲساتذة فرق التكوين بالمركز الجامعي عبد الحفيظ بو الصوف ميلة حيث تناولت الد را سة جانبين الجانب النظري و الجانب التطبيقي, وٳنطلقت من التساؤل الرئيسي : إلى أي مدى أثرت جائحة كورونا في درجة تطبيق خطوات عملية اتخاذ القرا ر لدى فرق التكوين بالمركز الجامعي "عبد الحفيظ بوالصوف" – ميلة؟ للٳحاطة بجوان الموضوع أدرجنا السئلة الفرعية كالتالي : ➢ إلى أي مدى أثرت جائحة كورونا في تحديد المشكلة لدى فرق التكوين بالمركز الجامعي "عبدالحفيظ بوالصوف" ميلة. –➢ إلى أي مدى أثرت جائحة كورونا في جمع البيانات والمعلومات لدى فرق التكوين بالمركز الجامعي "عبدالحفيظ بوالصوف" ميلة؟ -➢ إلى أي مدى أثرت جائحة كورونا في تحديد البدائل لدى فرق التكوين بالمركز الجامعي "عبد الحفيظ بوالصوف" ميلة؟ – ➢ إلى أي مدى أثرت جائحة كورونا في ٳختيار البديل المناسب و اتخاذ القرا ر لدى فرق التكوين بالمركز الجامعي "عبد الحفيظ بوالصوف" ميلة؟ – وكانت الفرضيات الموجهة للد را سة كتالي: الفرضية الرئيسية:أثرت جائحة كورونا بشكل كبير في درجة تطبيق خطوات عملية اتخاذ القرا ر لدى فرق التكوين بالمركز الجامعي "عبدالحفيظ بوالصوف" ميلة. – الفرضيات الفرعية: 1 - أثرت جائحة كورونا بشكل كبير في تحديد المشكلة لدى فرق التكوين بالمركز الجامعي "عبد الحفيظ بوالصوف" –ميلة.2 - أثرت جائحة كورونا بشكل كبير في جمع البيانات والمعلومات لدى فرق التكوين بالمركز الجامعي "عبد الحفيظ بوالصوف" ميلة. –3 - أثرت جائحة كورونا بشكل كبير في تحديد البدائل لدى فرق التكوين بالمركز الجامعي "عبد الحفيظ بوالصوف" – ميلة.4 - أثرت جائحة كورونا بشكل كبير في اختيار البديل المناسب واتخاذ القرا ر لدى فرق التكوين بالمركز الجامعي "عبد الحفيظ بوالصوف" ميلة. –واعتمدت الد را سة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم تطبيقها على عينة قدرها 60 . كما تم الٳعتماد على مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية من أجل الوصول إلى النتائج المرغوب فيها وكانت كالتالي:➢ جائحة كورونا تؤثر بشكل كبير في مرحلة تحديد المشكلة وهذا بمستوى مرتفع . ➢ جائحة كورونا تؤثر بشكل كبير في مرحلة جمع البيانات و المعلومات وهذا بمستوى مرتفع . جائحة كورونا تؤثر بشكل كبير في مرحلة تحديد البدائل وهذا بمستوى مرتفع . ➢ جائحة كورونا تؤثر بشكل كبير في مرحلة ٳختيار البديل المناسب و اتخاذ القرا ر وهذا بمستوى مرتفع . | en_US |
