dc.description	The study aimed to highlight the role of information technology in crisis management by taking online education during the Corona crisis as a model for this study. It was distributed to a sample of students from the Institute of Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences of the Abdelhafid Boulasouf Mila University Center. The analysis was based on the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) program, and the study reached several results, the most important of which are:- The adoption of information technology embodied in distance education by higher education institutions has contributed to increasing the effectiveness of their management of the Corona crisis from the students' point of view.- Online education is one of the most successful solutions adopted by the university to make the school year successful during the Corona crisis.- Despite the success of online education during the Corona crisis, it encountered many obstacles, such as the weak Internet for most students and the presence of several problems at the level of the distance education platform.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	هدفت الد راسة إبرا ز دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات في إدارة الأزمات من خلال اتخاذ التعليم عن بعد خلال أزمة كورونا نموذجا عن هذه الد را سة، ولتحقيق أهداف الد را سة استخدم المنهج الوصفي في سياق جمع المعلومات التي تخدم الموضوع، وعلى وجه التحديد ثم اعتماد نمط المسح الاجتماعي، حيث تم تصميم الاستبيان وتوزيعه على عينة من طلبة معهد العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير للمركز الجامعي عبد الحفيظ بوالصوف ميلة، وقد تم اعتماد في التحليل على برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية ) SPSS ( وتوصلت الد را سة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: - أن اعتماد تكنولوجيا المعلومات المتجسدة في التعليم عن بعد من قبل مؤسسات التعليم العالي قد ساهم في الرفع من فعالية إدارتها لأزمة كورونا من وجهة نظر الطلبة . - التعليم عن بعد من أنجحالحلول التي اعتمدتها الجامعة لإنجاح العام الد را سي خلال أزمة كورونا. - رغم نجاح التعليم عن بعد خلال أزمة كورونا إلا أنه صادف العديد من العرا قيل كضعف الانترنت عند غالبية الطلبة ووجود عدة مشاكل على مستوى منصة التعليم عن بعد	en_US
