Abstract

This study aims to learn about the role of the digital work environment in reformulating the concept of jobs, where what is the working environment, digitization and transformation and its relationship to job development and its role in the rise of independent businesses. In the second part of the study relied on the interview tool by selecting three Types of independent workers based on their relationship with traditional jobs, interviewing them and then analyzing the content of interviews to reach a general conclusion that the digital working environment has already reformulated the traditional concept of jobs, as it has already been shown that independent work has been one of these changes.
