dc.description.abstractThis study aims to identify the role of social responsibility in enhancing organizational effectiveness in the Directorate of University Services in Mila, by clarifying the concept of social responsibility and identifying its dimensions, and the concept of organizational effectiveness and identifying its fields, images and dimensions. Adopting the questionnaire as a main tool to obtain the necessary data, which was distributed to a sample size of (40) workers, and the data was analyzed using a set of statistical methods using the statistical packages for social sciences program (SPSS) .The study concluded that there is a correlation between social responsibility and organizational effectiveness of public administrations in the Directorate of University Services Milaen_US
