| dc.description | This study aims to know the entrepreneurial accompaniment and determine its role in enhancing the trepreneurial spirit of the contractors of the Wilayat of Mila, and to clarify the level of efficiency and ffectiveness of the latter on the contractors. The study was conducted based on two complementary methods, the first is a documentary (descriptive) by looking at a number of literature to clarify the theoretical background of the ntrepreneurial escort and the entrepreneurial spirit, and the second method is a survey (analytical) through an exploratory study through the questionnaire as a tool for data collection, as the validity coefficient was easured as it was Reaching a high degree reliability for a sample of (45) individuals. The data were analyzed using the statistical package (SPSS.V22) and descriptive statistical tools.Through testing the hypotheses, the study reached several conclusions, including: The results of the study revealed the existence of an impact of the entrepreneurial escort on the entrepreneurial spirit and each of two dimensions: (self-confidence, a tendency to take risks) while it has no effect on both dimensions: (bearing responsibility and the spirit of initiative) with the contractors under study.This indicates that the contractors in Mila are supported by the contracting escort and working to provide facilities for contractors in order to improve the entrepreneurial spirit in its various imensions, but the contracting facility alone is not enough to be a contractor with self-confidence and inclined to risk if he does not have sufficient responsibility and desire to progress. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | تهدف هذه الد را سة إلى معرفة المرا فقة المقاولاتية وتحديد دورها في تعزيز الروح المقاولاتية لدى مقاولين ولاية ميلة، وتوضيح مستوى كفاءة وفعالية هذا الأخير على المقاولين. أجريت الد را سة بالاعتماد على أسلوبين متكاملين الأول وثائقي )وصفي( بالاطلاع على عدد من الأدبيات لتوضيح الخلفية النظرية للم ا رفقة المقاولاتية والروح المقاولاتية، أما الأسلوب الثاني مسحي )تحليلي( عن طريق د را سة استكشافية من خلال الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات، إذ تم قياس معامل الصدق حيث أنه تم التوصل إلى درجة عالية من الثبات لعينة مكونة من ) 54 ( فردا تم تحليل البيانات باستخدام الحزمة الإحصائية (SPSS.V22) وأدوات إحصائية وصفية. وقد توصلت الد را سة من خلال اختبار الفرضيات إلى عدة استنتاجات نذكر منها أن: كشفت نتائج الد را سة عن وجود أثر للم ا رفقة المقاولاتية على الروح المقاولاتية وكل من بعدين: )ثقة بالنفس، ميل للمخاطرة( في حين ليس له أثر على كل من البعدين: )تحمل المسؤولية وروح المبادرة( لدى المقاولين محل الد را سة. وهذا يدل على أن المقاولين بولاية ميلة تدعم من طرف المرا فقة المقاولاتية وتعمل على توفير تسهيلات للمقاولين من أجل التحسين من الروح المقاولاتية بمختلف أبعادها، ولكن المرفقة المقاولاتية وحدها ليس كافيا ليكون مقاول ذو ثقة بالنفس ومائل للمخاطرة إن لم تتوفر فيه المسؤولية الكافية والرغبة للتقدم | en_US |
