dc.description.abstract	This study aimed to show the role of digitization in its three dimensions (material capacities, human capacities, software capacities) in the modernization of public service in CNAS - Mila Agency - to see how important it is to apply digitization in Public institutions at the same time, their awareness how mutch this modern technology and its effective uses can improving the quality of their services, where the study followed the descriptive analytical and statistical approach, and the use of the questionnaire as a tool where it contains (31) phrases, distributed to 60 individuals, and accredited On the results of the SPSS program, the study result many points which the most important is the following : The existence of a statistically significant effect of digitization imensions on the modernization of CNAS - Mila Agency -	en_US
