dc.description	This study sought to determine the role of electronic training in improving the performance of the university professor at the University of Abd El Hafid BOUSSOUF, Wilaya of Mila, and the study was determined by an independent variable represented in electronic training, and a dependent variable represented by the rformance of the university professor. To achieve the objectives of the study, a form was developed to collect data from a sample of 35 individuals, and the statistical package for social sciences was used to analyze the data of the form, based on a set of statistical methods. The study concluded that there is a role for electronic training in improving the performance of university professors. This study recommends the need to pay more attention to electronic training in order to improve the performance of the university professor at the university under study	en_US
dc.description.abstract	سعت هذه الد را سة إلى تحديد دور التدريب الالكتروني في تحسين أداء الأستاذ الجامعي بجامعة عبد الحفيظ ولاية ميلة ،وقد تحددت الد را سة بمتغير مستقل تمثل في التدريب الالكتروني ، ومتغير تابع تمثل في أداء الأستاذ الجامعي . ولتحقيق أهداف الد را سة تم تطوير استمارة لجمع البيانات من أفرا د العينة التي بلغ عددها ) 35 ( مفردة ، وقد تم استخدام الرزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية لتحليل بيانات الاستمارة ، وذلك بالاعتماد على مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية، وقد توصلت الد را سة إلى أن هناك دور للتدريب الالكتروني في تحسين أداء الأستاذ الجامعي. وتوصي هذه الد را سة بضرورة الاهتمام أكثر بالتدريب الالكتروني من اجل تحسين أداء الأستاذ الجامعي في الجامعة محل الد را سة .	en_US
