dc.description	Our study on This subject, the rôle of communication in raising the effectiveness of crisis management (corona crisis as a model), and in our applied study we relied on the questionnaire as a tool for collecting information and data, which was applied to a random sample of the study community, represented by professors of the Institute of Economic, Commercial sciences and Management Sciences at the University Center Abdelhafid Boussouf –Mila-, where our study reached a number of results summarized in the following points:- The mportance of communication in its various forms and means of crisis management lies in the speed, efficiency and effectiveness of sending and receiving information that will contribute to the effectiveness of managing the Corona crisis - There is a positive expulsion relationship and a strong correlation between communication and the effectiveness of crisis management	en_US
dc.description.abstract	هدفت د را ستنا لهذا الموضوع المتمثلة في دور الاتصال في الرفع من فعالية إدارة الأزمات )أزمة كورونا نموذجا(، واعتمدنا في د را ستنا التطبيقية على الاستبيان كأداة لجمع المعلومات والبيانات، والتي طبقت على عينة عشوائية من مجتمع الد را سة والمتمثلة في أساتذة معهد العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير بالمركز الجامعي عبد الحفيظ بوالصوف –ميلة-، حيث توصلت د را ستنا إلى جملة من النتائج نلخصها في النقاط التالية:- تكمن أهمية الاتصال بمختلف أشكاله ووسائله في إدارة الأزمات في مدى سرعة وكفاءة وفعالية إرسال واستقبال المعلومات التي من شأنها المساهمة في فعالية إدارة أزمة كورونا. - توجد علاقة طردية موجبة وعلاقة ارتباط قوية بين الاتصال وفعالية إدارة الأزمات	en_US
