dc.description	This study aims to show technological innovation and its role in improving, developing and raising the performance of the organization for telecom Algeria.in order to study the problem of research, it was used to use the descriptive approach and the analytical approach to form a theoretical framework for the study. On the Applied side, a questionnaire was designed with 17 paragraphs, which was distributed to the employees of telecom Algeria Mila. The number of community members reached 41 employees. The study found that the use of technological innovation has a positive role in raising the performance of the organization and in a moral sense (0.05 ≥α), where it was found that technological innovation plays an estimated role of 79.81% in raising the performance of the organization	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تهدف هذه الد را سة إلى بيان الإبداع التكنولوجي ودوره في تحسين وتطوير ورفع أداء المنظمة لمؤسسة اتصالات الجزا ئر ومن أجل د را سة إشكالية البحث تم لاستعانة بالمنهج الوصفي والمنهج التحليلي لتشكيل إطار نظري للد را سة أما الجانب التطبيقي منها فقد تم تصميم استبيان بلغت عدد فقدرا ته 71 فقد، تم توزيعها على موظفي وكالة اتصالات الجزا ئر ميلة، وقد بلغ عدد أفرا د المجتمع 17 موظف وتوصلت الد را سة إلى أن استخدام حيث تبين أن الإبداع ،)α≥. الإبداع التكنولوجي له دور إيجابي في رفع أداء المنظمة وبدلالة معنوية ) 0.0 التكنولوجي يلعب دور قدرت نسبته 79.81% في رفع أداء المنظمة	en_US
