dc.description.abstractThe aim of the study was to give an idea of the role of using electronic withdrawals in reducing the work pressure on postal institutions, and as a result to identify the contribution of the gold card in reducing the work pressure on postal employees. In the theoretical aspect of this study, electronic withdrawal and work pressures were addressed from con epts and fundamentals On the applied side, the study was dropped on a sample of gold card holders in the municipality of TASADAN HADADA, We targeted a sample of forty individuals and the questionnaire was based on this study using the spss statistical packages program to extract results.In this study, we reached the most important results. The Gold Card helped citizens with the withdrawal process without specifying the time or location. It removed the pressure of many of the burdens on postal personnel, and they also encountered problems in the use of the Gold Card, most of which was the lack of ATMs and their limited knowledge.en_US
