dc.description.abstractThis study aimed to identify the role of the human resources empowerment strategy in reducing resistance to organizational change in employees and to focus more on the leaders and heads of departments of the university center Abd el Hafid Boussof –Mila- where the analytical descriptive approach was relied upon for the theoretical aspect of the study and the case study approach and the case for the application aspect، the ample of the study consists of 30 employees among the workers of the the field institution، and the questionnaire was used as key tool for collecting and analyzing data based on the program of statistical packages) SPSS(the study has reached a set of results، the most important of which is that the dimensions of the empowerment strategy have a moyen positive correlations in reducing resistance to organizational change and to therefore there is a statistically between the strategy significant relationship between the strategy of empowering human resources and reducing resistance to organizational change in the field institution Abd el Hafid Boussof – Mila- according to the point of view of the authors، this means that there is awareness on the part of staff، particularly leaders، in the practice of empowerment، freedom، information، constant communication to demonstrate the project and its objectives and to reduce understandings، which in turn reduces its resistance to avoiding roblems and obstacles and thereby ensuring success and continuity.en_US
