dc.description	This study aimed to identify the impact of distance education on the performance of higher education nstitutions through the applications of communication technology in its four dimensions (computer hardware, network, oftware, human resource). It consisted of 60 individuals, and the questionnaire was used as a main tool for collecting information, as it was analyzed by the Spss*22 program. It was concluded that there is a correlation between these dimensions and the performance of higher education institutions. Therefore, communication technology contributes to improving the performance of the university center under study. Among the most important recommendations: activating and expanding the use of the internet through the common spaces of the university center	en_US
dc.description.abstract	هدفت هذه الد را سة إلى التعرف على أثر التعليم عن بعد على أداء مؤسسات التعليم العالي من خلال تطبيقات تكنولوجيا الاتصال بأبعادها الأربعة ) عتاد الحاسوب، شبكة الاتصال، البرمجيات، المورد البشري( حيث تكون مجتمع الد را سة من الأساتذة المتواجدين بالمركز الجامعي ميلة وتم سحب عينة عشوائية من الأساتذة مكونة من 06 فرد، واستخدمت الاستبانة كأداة رئيسية لجمع المعلومات، حيث تم تحليلها بواسطة برنامج Spss*22 وقد تم التوصل إلى أنه توجد علاقة ارتباط بين هذه الأبعاد وأداء مؤسسات التعليم العالي وعليه فتكنلوجيا الاتصال تساهم في تحسين أداء المركز الجامعي محل الدرا سة. ومن أهم التوصيات: تفعيل وتوسيع استخدام شبكة الانترنت عبر الفضاءات المشتركة بالمركز الجامعي.	en_US
