dc.description	Local groups are the backbone of the modern state and the pillar of its existence and the organ that ensures the performance of their tasks are increasing day by day due to their economic, so local groups must be the hand to lead. Based on the above, this study aimed to highlight the impact of e-governance on the performance of local communities, based on the analytical descriptive approach. The questionnaire was used as a study tool distributed to employees with a certificate in the interests of Tadjenanet municipality, where they numbered 60 employees. After testing the hypotheses, an impact was found to remove e-governance, e-transparency, e-participation and e-audit on the performance of local communities.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تعتبر الجماعات المحلية عصب الدولة الحديثة وعماد وجودها، والجهاز الذي يتكفل بآداء مهامها المتزا يدة يوما بعد يوم، نظر ا لأهميتها الإقتصادية والإجتماعية والسياسية، لهذا يجب أن تكون للجماعات المحلية آليات تمكنها من رفع آدائها. وإنطلاقا مما سبق هدفت هذه الدر ا سة إلى إبرا ز أثر الحوكمة الإلكترونية على آداء الجماعات المحلية، بالإعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وإستخدام الإستبيان كآداة للدرا سة، تم توزيعه على الموظفين الحاملين للشهادة بمصالح بلدية تاجنانت، حيث بلغ عددهم 60 موظف. وبعد إختبار الفرضيات تم التوصل إلى وجود أثر لأبعاد الحوكمة الإلكتر ونية، الشفافية الإلكتر ونية، المشاركة الإلكترونية، المساءلة الإلكترونية والتدقيق الإلكتروني على آداء الجماعات المحلية	en_US
