dc.description	We tried through this study to highlight the role of information technology in improving the financial performance of the National Fund of Social Security of the non-salaried, and in order to achieve the objective of the study, a questionnaire was distributed on a sample of 34 employees, which included three main axes. The first axis represents the personal data of the sample members; the second axis deals with the independent variable (dimensions of information technology), it measures 05 dimensions: information and communication networks, hardware and software, databases, human resources and quality of services, while the third axis deals with the dependent variable (financial performance). The data was processed using statistical software for social sciences "SPSS", and through the tools of descriptive and inferential statistical analysis, a conclusion was drawn that information technology positively affects the financial performance of the National Fund of Social Security of the non-salaried.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	حاولنا من خلال هذه الد را سة إبرا ز الدور الذي تلعبه تكنولوجيا المعلومات في تحسين الأداء المالي لمؤسسة الصندوق الوطني للضمان الاجتماعي لغير الأج را ء ميلة، وبغرض الوصول إلى هدف الد را سة فقد تم توزيع الاستبيان على عينة مكونة من 34 موظف يعبر عن آ را ءهم، و الذي تضمن ثلاثة محاور رئيسية: المحور الأول يمثل البيانات الشخصية لأفرا د العينة، أما المحور الثاني فيتعلق بالمتغير المستقل )أبعاد تكنولوجيا المعلومات( ويقيس 05 أبعاد: شبكة المعلومات والاتصال، الأجهزة و البرمجيات، قواعد البيانات، الموارد البشرية و جودة الخدمات، فيما تعلق المحور الثالث بالمتغير التابع ) الأداء المالي( .تم معالجة البيانات باستخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية " SPSS " ومن خلال أدوات التحليل الإحصائي الوصفي والاستدلالي تم التوصل إلى ءءنتيجة مفادها أن إبعاد تكنولوجيا المعلومات تؤثر بشكل إيجابي على الأداء المالي للصندوق الوطني للضمان الاجتماعي لغير الأجرا	en_US
