| Abstract: | تهدف هذه الد را سة إلى توضيح أثر جائحة كورونا على الأداء المالي لبعض الشركات الكبرى والتي تعتبر أساسا لاقتصاد بلد ما، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف قمنا بإجر ا ء د را سة حالة شركتين عالميتين هما: شركة المرا عي السعودية وشركة الفنادق والسياحة الأردنية. ومن أجل معرفة تأثير الجائحة على الأداء المالي لهاتين الشركتين قمنا بتحليل قوائمهما المالية المتمثلة أساسا في قائمة المركز المالي و قائمة الدخل وذلك باستخدام النسب المالية، التي يمكن من خلالها التعرف على الأداء المالي لهاتين الشركتين، من خلال المقارنة فترة جائحة كورونا في سنة 2020 و ما قبل الجائحة سنة 2019 . وقد ت وصلنا من خلال الد را سة إلى أن شركة المرا عي السعودية لم تتأثر بهذه الجائحة من خلال تقييم أدائها المالي عكس شركة الفنادق والسياحة الأردنية التي قد تضررت بشكل كبير من جائحة كورونا وتسببت لها في خسائر |
| Description: | This study aims to clarify the impact of the Corona pandemic on the financial performance of some major companies, which are considered the basis for the economy of a country. In order to know the impact of the pandemic on the financial performance of these two companies, we analyzed their financial statements mainly represented in the statement of financial position and the income statement, using the financial ratios, through which it is possible to identify the financial performance of these two companies, by comparing the period of the Corona pandemic in the year 2020 and before pandemic of 2019. Through the study, we concluded that the Saudi Almeria Company was not affected by this pandemic by evaluating its financial performance, unlike the Jordanian Hotels and Tourism Company, which was significantly affected by the Corona pandemic and caused it losses. |
