Abstract:	تهدف هذه الد را سة الى إبرا ز دور عمليات الاندماج في اعادة الهيكل المالي للمؤسسة، حيث تتناول ماهية عمليات الاندماج وتعرض مختلف أشكالها، كما تبين أغرا ض ودوافع عمليات إعادة الهيكلة وإعادة الهيكلة المالية. تركز هذه الد را سة على تحليل أثر الاندماج على الهيكل المالي لشركة Pfizer من خلال فحص وتحليل النسب المالية ذات العلاقة بالسيولة، المديونية، النشاط والربحية، ولقد تم اختبار المعطيات باستخدام التحليل الاحصائي Spss . وقد بينت نتائج الد ا رسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية لاندماج شركة Pfizer على هيكلها المالي.
Description:	This study aims to highlight the role of mergers in financial restructuring. It defines the operation of merge and presents their various forms. It also puts forward the purposes and motivation of restructuring operation and financial restructuring. This study focusses on analyzing the impact of mergers on financial restructuring of Pfizer, by examing analyzing financial rations related the liquidity, debts, activity and profitability, data were tested by using Spss.The results of study showed that there were no statistically significant differeness for the companies mergers on their financial restructuring.
