| dc.description | In shade of the remarkable growth of Islamik finance in the whole word, the emergence of financial institutions that operate in accordance with the provisions of Islamic law is increasing, and Algeria, like these countries, is witnessing experiments in the field of Islamic banking such as the Elsalem Bank. However, this banking faces many obstacles and challenges that lmit the its devlopment in Algeria, which requires us to clarify the equirements that must be met in the Algerian environment, including what does Islamic banking and enhances its role in financing economic institutions. In addition to what was mentioned above, one of the most prominent characteristics of Islamic finance is that it is real finance in which money and services are actually provided to its requester, not artificial or on paper, and it is interest-free finance that finances legitimate businesses and activities formulas, the most important of which is murabaha in order to advance the investment wheel. | dc.description.abstract | في ظل النمو الملحوظ للتمويل الاسلامي في العالم كافة، أخذ ظهور المؤسسات المالية التي تعمل وفقا لأحكام الشريعة الاسلامية في التز ا يد، والجز ائر على غر ا ر هذه الدول تشهد تجارب في مجال العمل المصرفي الاسلامي كبنك السلام، غير أنّ هذه الصيرفة تواجهها العديد من العوائق والتحديات التي تحدّ من تطورها في الج ا زئر مما يستدعي منا تبيان المتطلبات الواجب توفرها في البيئة الجزا ئرية بما يفعل الصيرفة الاسلامية ويعزز من دورها في تمويل المؤسسات الاقتصادية . بالإضافة إلى ما ذكر أعلاه فإن من أبرز خصائص التمويل الإسلامي أنه تمويل حقيقي تقدم فيه بشكل فعلي الأموال والخدمات لطالبها وليس تمويلا مصطنعا أو على ورق فهو تمويل خال من التعامل بالربا يموّل الأعمال والأنشطة المشروعة وفقا لصيغ إسلامية متعارف عليها أهمها المرا بحة من أجل دفع عجلة الإستثمار والنهوض بالمشاريع والمؤسسات الاقتصادية. | en_US |
