Abstract

This study aims, through what has been discussed, to show the importance of agricultural real estate, which witnessed great interest in it by the state in an effort to develop it, so several programs have succeeded in it, all of which failed, but the agricultural guidance law issued the right of concession; It is currently in force. Where the latter achieved the main objective for which it came, which is the actual exploitation of agricultural lands. By fulfilling this condition, rural development and food security will be achieved. As for the practical aspect, we initially devoted it to introducing the Directorate of Agricultural Interests of the Wilayat of Mila from its inception to the services it provides. Finally, in our study, we concluded that the agricultural concession has achieved the purpose for which it came, and that the rural development programs for the rural population had a positive impact as well, by which food security was achieved in the state from several productive crops.
