| dc.description | This study deas with the effectiveness of monetary policy in stopping the economical inflation in Algeria during the period of (1990-2019) as this policy which is from the lau90-10 practices the influence of the size of the money supply with what it suits the economic conditions that appears in general and the economical inflation in specific seeking for an anti-inflation. Beskids this study shows us the bi gruel the monetary policy to stop the inflation relying on Some direct and indirect tools that has been used in Algeria in a suitable way with its economic nature‘s, these tools approves its effectiveness in the society, Some of these tools are reserve rate were discount rate this policy has a big benefit in dealing with economical inflation and lessens its serious damage. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | تناولت هذه الد را سة فعالية السياسة النقدية في الحد من التضخم في الجزا ئر خلال الفترة ) 1990 - 2019 ( حيث أصبحت السياسة النقدية منذ قانون 90 - 10 تمارس دور التأثير في حجم المعروض النقدي وذلك وفق ما يتلاءم مع الظروف الاقتصادية السائدة بشكل عام وظاهرة التضخم بشكل خاص بهدف مكافحة هذه الأخيرة. وقد توصلنا من خلال هذه الد ا رسة إلى الدور الكبير الذي تما رسه السياسة النقدية للحد من التضخم بالإستناد على مجموعة من الأدوات المباشرة وغير المباشرة والتي تمارس البعض منها في الج ا زئر بشكل يتناسب طبيعة وخاصية اقتصادها وتكون ذات فعالية في مجتمعها ونذكر من هذه الأدوات معدل الاحتياطي الإجباري ومعدل إعادة الخصم، وقد تمكنت فعلا هذه السياسة من التعامل مع هذه الظاهرة والتخفيف من خطورتها خلال الفترة ) 1990 - 2019 ) | en_US |
