dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study is to examine the current state of the electronic clearing system and its role to improve the quality of banking services provided to banks through its various dimensions (clearing system, regulatory rules, technical capabilities, and human resources), with a focus on electronic clearing, which is a variation of traditional clearing and has spread widely. Due to the benefits, they acquire from decreasing effort and expense, as well as the possibility of removing paperwork that used to take a long time, in the sphere of banking operations. The descriptive-analytical approach and the questionnaire were employed to collect primary data, and they were constructed with the study's subject and hypotheses in mind. It was given to a random sample of bank employees in the state of Mila, and (50) questionnaires were distributed to bank employees in wilaya of Mila. The results of this study showed that the high approval by the sample members on the importance of using electronic clearing in improving the quality of banking services through its four dimensions (the clearing system, organizational rules, technical capabilities, and human resources), where the results showed high approval by the study sample members from the specialists on the role of electronic clearing in improving the quality of banking services, and the results of the questionnaire showed high approval by the sample members on the role of electronic clearing in improving the quality of banking services through its four dimensions (the clearing system, The arithmetic mean of the latter is Accordingly.The study concluded that there is a statistically significant effect for all components of the electronic clearing system through its dimensions (clearing system, organizational rules, technical capabilities, human resources).en_US
