| Abstract: | تهدف هذه الد را سة إلى معرفة انعكاس تقلبات أسعار البترول على فعالية السياسة المالية خلال 2019 ، وتستند هذه الد را سة إلى عرض واقع السياسة المالية في الجز ا ئر من خلال التغير ا ت - الفترة 2001 التي تطر أ على أسعار البترول في الأسواق العالمية من ارتفاع وانخفاض، وإبر ا ز الأهمية الكبيرة التي يلعبها البترول في الاقتصاد الجزا ئري وعلاقته الوثيقة بقطاع المحروقات، حيث توصلت الد را سة إلى أن السياسة المالية تتأثر بشكل كبير بالأزمات التي تمس الأسواق البترولية، فحدوث أي تغير في أسعار البترول يؤدي مباشرة إلى تغير في الجباية البترولية، مما يدل على الارتباط الكبير لاقتصاد الجز ا ئري بقطاع المحروقات مما جعله رهينة للصدمات الخارجية. |
| Description: | This study aims to know the impact of fluctuations in oil prices on the effectiveness of fiscal policy during the period 2001 to 2019. In the Algerian economy and its close relationship with the hydrocarbon sector, where the study concluded that the financial policy is strongly affected by the crises affecting the oil markets, any change in oil prices directly leads to a change in oil collection, which indicates the great connection of the Algerian economy to the hydrocarbon sector, which held them hostage to external shocks |
