dc.description.abstractThe study aims through this research to show the role this is Islamic influx in development of Islamic banking in Algeria, where the process is transition from one situation to new situation that requires defining plan that includes controls to ensure the Islamic ness of the transaction presented.Through our study,we concluded that Algeria is trying to experiment with opening windows for transaction Islamic bank in their traditional Banks in response to the desires of their customers,and this is positive step to activate banking Islamic which basically requires the availability of political will that translate into official intereste in this type of banking operations,in addition to activating the legal frame work and infrastructure.it was found Through the field study one the banks under study (the Bank of Agriculture and Rural Development,The Algerian National Bank) that influx deal only in from of Murabaha especially in the form of Murabaha for cars, Murabaha for real estate, Murabaha for agricultural production and public deals because of it easy use these transactionen_US
