| Abstract: | هدفت الد را سة إلى معرفة واقع ممارسة المسؤولية الإجتماعية في القطاع المصرفي الجز ا ئري في ظل تفشي فيروس كورونا المستجد ، من خلال إجر ا ء در ا سة ميدانية لبنك الفلاحة والتنمية الريفية لولاية ميلة كعينة للد را سة لتحديد وتشخيص واقعي لمدى نجاعة الخطط المدرجة في هذا الشأن.وقد توصلت الدر ا سة إلى أنه هناك إهتمام أكثر بممارسة المسؤولية الإجتماعية في البنك التجاري العمومي بعد ظهور فيروس كورونا غير أنه لا يرقى إلى المستويات المطلوبة وانحصر غالبا في إتخاذ الإجر ا ءات والتدابير الوقائية والتركيز على الجانب الصحي للموظفين والعملاء والخوف من الآثار القانونية الناجمة عن عدم تطبيق هده الإجر ا ءات ،وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة توسيع نطاق تطبيق المسؤولية الإجتماعية لكافة الأطر ا ف الفاعلة واساسا البيئة والمجتمع، بالإظافة إلى ضرورة فتح المجال للقطاع الخاص الذي من شأنه إظافة دوافع جديدة للمنافسة والتسابق نحو كسب ثقة كافة الأطراف وذلك بإدماج المسؤولية الإجتماعية في رسالتها حتى تكون جزءًا رئيسيا من أنشطتها |
| Description: | The study aimed to know the reality of social responsibility in theAlgerian banking sector, in light of the outbreak of the new CORONA Virus ,by conducting a field studay for the Bank Agriculture and Rural Development of the Wilayat of Mila as a sample for the studay todetermine and realistically diagnose the efficacy of the plans included in this regard . The study concluded that thereis more interest in parcticing social responsibility in the public comercial bank after the emergeence of the new CORONA Virus,but it does not rise to the required levels , and is mostly limited to taking perventive measures, focusing on the health aspect of employees and customers , and fearing the legal consequences resulting from not implementing these measures ,The study recommended the need to expand the scope of the application of social responsibility for all actors , mainly the environment and society, in addition to the needto open the way for the private sector ;which would add new motives for competition and race towards gaining the confidence of all parties by integrating Social esponsibility in ites mission so that it would be major part of its activities. |
