dc.description	This study amis to find out the reality of the practices of social responsibility in islamic banks and to show the exent of jordanian islamic banks to establish and enhance their social responsibility towards all sectors of society that deals with them. The study concluded that the Jordan islamic Bank was keen on advancing social responsibility at its highest levels , both at the level of dealing whit the bank or at the level of employees working in the bank. dc.description.abstract	تهدف هذه الد را سة لمعرفة حقيقة الممارسات الخاصة بالمسؤولية الاجتماعية في المصارف الإسلامية وبيان مدى التزا م المصرف الإسلامي الأردني بإرساء وتعزيز مسؤوليته الاجتماعية تجاه كل فئات المجتمع التي يتعامل معها . وقد خلصت الد را سة إلى أن حرص المصرف الإسلامي الأردني على النهوض بالمسؤولية الاجتماعية بكافة مستوياتها، سواء على صعيد المتعاملين مع المصرف أو على مستوى الموظفين العاملين في المصرف، وقد أسهم المصرف في الارتقاء بمسؤوليته على مستوى المجتمع من خلال دعمه للمؤسسات التعليمية ودعم الفئات الفقيرة ودعم المهنيين والحرفيين وأصحاب المشاريع الصغيرة	en_US
