| Abstract: | إن التطور الذي عرفته الصناعة البنكية المصرفية في شتى الميادين وخاصة في استخدام وسائل الإعلام المقدمة أدى إلى زيادة وتنوع الخدمات التي تقدمها، كما أدى إلى تعقيد العمليات المصرفية في تسيير أصولها وخصومها بما يجعل تحقق عوائد مرضية بأقل قدر ممكن من المخاطر خاصة مخاطر العمليات المصرفية الإلكترونية. حيث أن إدارة المخاطر تعمل على وضع الإج ا رءات الرقابية اللازمة للسيطرة على هذه المخاطر والقيام ببعض الإج ا رءات الكفيلة بتقليل هذه المخاطر إلى حد ممكن مستغلة في ذالك كفاءة مسيري البنوك ومختلف الطرق والوسائل المتعددة في الميادين التي تفرزها والد ا رسات الأبحاث المهتمة بها لتسليط الضوء على هذه الطرق معتمدين في ذالك على الد ا رسة الميدانية التي قمنا بها في بنك القرض الشعبي الجزا ئري -وكالة ميلة- 333 |
| Description: | The development witnessed by the banking industry in various fields, especially in the use of the introduced mass media the automated provided led to the increase and diversity of the services it provided, and also led to the complexity of world managing its assets and liabilities so as to achieve satisfactory returns with the least possible risk, especially the risks of electronic banking operations.
