For all species studied , and that this effect is proportional to the concentration of extract . |

| Abstract: | Inula viscosa L. est une plante appartenant à la famille des Astéraces , largement distribuée dans le monde et présente de multiples propriétés médicinales . la présente étude est portée sur l’évaluation du potentiel allélopathique de son extrait aqueux sur la germination et la croissance de quatre espèces végétales (blé dur, blé tendre, lentille et pois chiche) La macération aqueuse nous a permit d’obtenir un extrait aqueux qui a été utilisé pour irriguer les graines des quatre espèces végétales . Les résultats obtenus ont montré que cet extrait a un effet inhibiteur sur les paramètres étudiés (taux de germination , taux d’inhibition , vitesse de germination ,longueur relative des pousses et des racines , taux d’inhibition ou/et stimulation des pousses et des racines ) pour toutes les espèces étudiées ; et que cet effet est proportionnelle avec la concentration en extrait . |
