dc.description	This study aims to highlight the close relationship between modern electronic payment methods via the internet and the quality of services and the role that this technology plays in improving the quality of services in theory. In practice, this relationship and this role have been dropped on Mobilis Mila, then we tried to measure the quality of services from the customer’s point of view when using modern online payment methods. There is a solid link between the quality of services and the optimum utilization of these modern methods of payment for both the recipient and the service provider.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تهدف هذه الد ا رسة إلى إب ا رز العلاقة الوطيدة بين طرق الدفع الالكتروني الحديثة عبر الانترنت وجودة الخدمات والدور الذي تلعبه هذه التكنولوجيا في تحسين جودة الخدمات من الناحية النظرية. أما تطبيقيا، فقد تم إسقاط هذه العلاقة وهذا الدور على مؤسسة موبيليس ميلة ثم حاولنا قياس جودة الخدمات من وجهة نظر الزبون عند إستعماله طرق الدفع الحديثة عبر الأنترنت كما قمنا بالتعرف على أثر إستخدامها في المؤسسة على جودة الخدمات المقدمة من وجهة نظر الزبائن وتوصلنا إلى أن هناك علاقة وطيدة بين جودة الخدمات واستغلال الأمثل لهذه الطرق الحديثة في الدفع لكل من متلقي الخدمة ومقدمها	en_US
