| dc.description | The food safety is the focus of our interest in the causes of hazards to which we expose ourselves by mere consumption. Objective: To highlight possible ecological linkages between Enterococcus and Listeria in raw milk of cows to check the antagonistic role exercised by Enterococcus against Listeria. Samples and Methods: The investigation involved 104 samples taken during the period April 2008 to March 2010 on 60 hybrids dairy cows. The bacterial isolation was performed on agar supplemented with blood horse and Cefazolin for promoting the election of Listeria spp. Results: Listeria was found in six samples (5.77%) and Enterococcus in 20 samples (19.23%) ; a triple proportion. This result would be positive to minimize the risk of Listeria. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | La sécurité sanitaire des aliments est au centre de nos intérêts à causes des risques aux quels nous nous exposons par la simple consommation. Objectif : Mettre en évidence des liens écologiques éventuels entre Listeria et Enterococcus dans des laits crus de vaches pour vérifier le rôle antagoniste exercé par Enterococcus sur Listeria. Echantillons et Méthodes : L’investigation a concerné 104 échantillons prélevés durant la période Avril 2008 à Mars 2010 sur 60 vaches laitières hybrides. L’isolement bactérien a été réalisé sur gélose au sang de cheval additionnée de Céfazoline pour favoriser l’élection des Listeria spp.Listeria a été retrouvée dans 6 échantillons (5,77%) et Enterococcus dans 20 échantillons (19,23%) ; soit le triple.
