dc.description.abstractThe research aim to find the role played by competencies development in enhancing the competitive dvantage in the group saidal, the researcher designed a questionnaire included (28) items for the collection of preliminary data from a sample consisting of (169) respondents, and it has been collected and analyze data and test hypotheses using program SSPS has been used, including the arithmetic mean, standard deviation and the coefficient of correlation, and after a process of analysis of the research data and hypotheses research found to a set of conclusions most important, there is a significant role for training competences to improve staff erformance, which in turn contributes to enhance the competitive advantage of the organization through what is shown by the results of the statistical analysis, which confirms that there is a relationship very strong correlation between (development competencies) (competitive advantage).en_US
