dc.description	The aim of this study is to highlight the role of Islamic instrument, as financial tool to achieve economic development and mobilize financial resources. Instead of the traditional funding which depends on the interest rate; we have highlighted the experience of Sudan by reviewing the most important sukuk issued by the government of Sudan. This study has concluded that the sukuk have contributed to the coverage of many financial needs of the State of Sudan. Like the budget deficit. And infrastructure projects financing and revitalize Khartoum Stock Exchange.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور الصكوك الإسلامیة في تحقیق التنمیة الاقتصادیة، باعتبارها أداة لتمویل وتعبئة الموارد المالیة، بطریقة شرعیة، بدلا من التمویل التقلیدي، والذي یعتمد على الربا؛ حیث تم تسلیط الضوء على تجربة السودان، وذلك باستعراض أهم الصكوك التي أصدرتها حكومة السودان. وقد خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى أن الصكوك ساهمت في تغطیة العدید من احتیاجات الموارد المالیة في دولة السودان، من عجز الموازنة، وتمویل مشاریع البنى التحتیة، وتنشیط السوق الخرطوم للأوراق المالیة.	en_US
