| dc.description | This study aimed at clarifying the impact of the financial structure of the institution on its market value (market price per share). The approaches and theories differed in the interpretation of the relationship of the financial structure to the value of the market institution. There are supporters who supported the impact of the financial structure on the market value of the institution. This study found that the financial structure could be used to explain the changes in the market price of the industrial share of the industrial compound by 40.09%. It also revealed an inverse relation between the ratio of total debts to private equity and market price of the share the complex. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | هدفت هذه الد را سة إلى توضیح أثر الهیكل المالي للمؤسسة على قیمتها السوقیة (السعر السوقي للسهم)، وقد اختلفت المداخل والنظریات في تفسیر علاقة الهیكل المالي بقیمة المؤسسة السوقیة، حیث یوجد مؤیدون أیدوا وجود أثر للهیكل المالي على القیمة السوقیة للمؤسسة، كما أن هناك معارضین عارضوا وجود هذا الأثر، ومن خلال هذه الد ا رسة قد تم التوصل إلى أن الهیكل المالي یمكن أن یدخل في تفسیر التغی ا رت التي تط أ ر على السعر السوقي لسهم المجمع الصناعي صیدال بنسبة 40,09 %، كما تبین وجود علاقة عكسیة بین نسبة إجمالي الدیون إلى الأموال الخاصة والسعر السوقي لسهم المجمع | en_US |
