dc.description	Algeria has given at the beginning of the millennium a great interest in the knowledge economy as a new economic model to help keep up with the progress in the global development, particularly in the banking industry, and this is evident through the adoption of the Algerian government several projects for the velopment and modernization of banking services, and it seeks to integrate technological developments in the activity of Algerian banks, in order to create a new quality banking services characterized by speed, security, and in line with the wishes of customers and the requirements of this economic orientation, through this research we are trying to shed light on Algeria's efforts to develop and modernize the banking services in the light of the trend towards a knowledge economy..	en_US
dc.description.abstract	لقد أولت الج ا زئر في بدایة الألفیة اهتماما كبی ا ر باقتصاد المعرفة كنموذج اقتصادي جدید یساعدها على مواكبة سیر التطور العالمي خاصة في المجال البنكي، ویظهر ذلك جلیا عبر تبني الحكومة الج ا زئریة عدة مشاریع لتطویر وعصرنة الخدمات البنكیة، وسعیها لإدماج التطو ا رت التكنولوجیة في نشاط البنوك الج ا زئریة، بغیة ابتكار خدمات بنكیة جدیدة ذات جودة تتسم بالسرعة والأمان وتتماشى مع رغبات الزبائن ومتطلبات هذا التوجه الاقتصادي، من خلال هذا البحث نحاول إبرا ز جهود الج ا زئر في تطویر وعصرنة الخدمات البنكیة في ظل التوجه نحو اقتصاد المعرفة	en_US
