dc.description	SAIDAL complex in Algeria is one of the industrial enterprises that have adapted to the economic changes and developments in the global external environment by adopting the alliance with the world's largest laboratories, which varied between the mixed partnership and the integrated alliances. In order to know the effect of this strategy on its competitive performance We have relied on a questionnaire by distributing a questionnaire with the objective of knowing the views of managers and staffs on the impact of these alliances on the competitive performance of this industrial complex.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	یعتبر مجمع صیدال للصناعة الدوائیة الج ا زئریة من بین المؤسسات الصناعیة التي تأقلمت مع التحولات الاقتصادیة والتطو ا رت التي عرفها المحیط العالمي، وذلك بتبنیه لاست ا رتیجیة التحالف مع أكبر المخابر ذات الشهرة العالمیة والتي تنوعت بین الش ا ركة المختلطة والتحالفات المتكاملة،ومن أجل معرفة تأثیر هذه الاست ا رتیجیة على أدائه التنافسي، اعتمدنا على أداة الاستبیان بتوزیع استمارة الغرض منها معرفة وجهة نظر المد ا رء والإطا ا رت حول مساهمة التحالفات الاست ا رتیجیة في التأثیر على الأداء التنافسي للمجمع.	en_US
