dc.description	Oil price fluctuations are important factor affecting the global Economic growth. This study has concluded that these fluctuations affect in two different ways oil-exporting countries: first one is considered positive by increasing financial returns, hence resulting on an increasing economic growth across all sectors; while the second is considered negative due to lower financial returns and accompanying decline in economic growth rates	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تعد تقلبات أسعار النفط من العوامل المهمة المؤثرة على النمو الاقتصادي. وقد خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى وجود أثرین مختلفین لهذه التقلبات بالنسبة للدول المصدرة للنفط: الأول إیجابي من خلال زیادة عوائدهم المالیة وما یترتب عنها من ازدهار في الحیاة الاقتصادیة في كافة المیادین، أما الثاني فیعتبر سلبیا نظرا لانخفاض عوائدهم المالیة وما یرافقها من تدهور في معدلات النمو الاقتصادي	en_US
