dc.description	This present study aimed at analyzing the side effects of The Agreement of Trade-Related Aspects of ntellectual Property Rights (TRIPS Agreement)in the area of pharmaceutical industry in the developing ountries in general. It investigated the issue of whether the extension of such agreement ; would influence the attitudes of innovation in the pharmaceutical industry .It has been found that the effect of strengthening the protection of intellectual property in general, and pharmaceutical patent invention system in particular is associated with drugs, therapeutic categories, the behavior of the reference groups in the sector, and the consumer overnment without neglecting the pricing strategies of multinational companies.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	هدفت هذه الدراسة لتحلیل آثار اتفاقیة حقوق الملكیة الفكریة المتصلة بالتجارة على أسواق الصناعات الدوائیة في الدول النامیة بصفة عامة، بالتطبیق على براءات الاختراع. وبحثت فیما إذ ا كان توسیع نطاق إنفاذ هذا الاتفاق، أن یؤثر على اتجاهات الابتكار في الصناعات الدوائیة. وتوصلت إلى أن أثر تعزیز نظام حمایة الملكیة الفكریة بصفة عامة، وبراءات الاختراع الدوائیة على وجه الخصوص یرتبط بالأدویة والأصناف العلاجیة وسلوك الجماعات المرجعیة في هذا القطاع، إلى جانب المستهلك والحكومات. دون إهمال استراتیجیات التسعیر للشركات متعددة الجنسیات	en_US
