dc.description	The aim of studying the impact of the financial structure in achieving a financial balance in the economic institution is to know how achieve financial balance based on analysis of the financial structure of the institution by using the financial balance Indicators and financial ratios. As the financial Structure of Institution is an ssential element in determining the financial position of the institution by seeking to achieve a balance between equity and debt funds. After we conduction a field study of the economic istitution in the algerian water orporation we concluded therough the results of the indicators of Financail lag and the financail ratios that the institution did not balance in its achieve a financail balance in its financail position and this indicates that it did not choose the least of the combination of financing sources that formed the financail structure، which is the main element that affects the equilubrium position for the institution. In a world where competition is intense the success of the economic institution has become primarily linked to its ability to achieve financial balance between its internal and external sources of financing	en_US
dc.description.abstract	إن الهدف من د رارسة تأثير الهيكل المالي في تحقيق التوازن المالي بالمؤسسة الاقتصادية هو معرفة كيفية تحقيق التوازن المالي اعتمادا على تحليل الهيكل المالي للمؤسسة بالاعتماد على مؤش ا رت التوازن المالي والنسب المالية. باعتبار الهيكل المالي عنصر أساسي في تحديد الوضعية المالية للمؤسسة من خلال السعي إلى تحقيق التوازن بين أموال الملكية وأموال الاستدانة. بعد قيامنا بدراسة ميدانية لمؤسسة اقتصادية، المتمثل في المؤسسة الجزائرية للمياه لسنوات من 7102الى ،7102توصلنا من خلال نتائج مؤش ا رت التوازن المالي والنسب المالية أن المؤسسة لم تحقق توازنا ماليا في وضعيتها المالية وهدا ما يدل على عدم اختيارها الأمثل لتوليفة مصادر التمويل المشكلة للهيكل المالي والتي تعتبر العنصر الأساسي الذي يؤثر على الوضعية التوازنية للمؤسسة	en_US
