dc.description	This study aims to detect the role of financial planning in rational decisionmaking of the economic institution, and to that end concepts on the theoretical side concerning the variables of the study were briefed and the field study of one of the Algerian economic organizations represented in the Algerian Water Corporation in Mila was then practically dropped. This analysis was based on several estimates presented by the Algeria Water Foundation - Mila, the main financial planning tool for 2017, which computed and evaluated deviations for corrective activities and also identified the different decisions taken by the Algeria Water Foundation.Through this analysis, we have established that the Algerian Water Corporation – Mila, uses its most significant iscretionary instruments to do financial planning and rationalize its financial decisions	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تهدف هذه الد ا رسة إلى التعرف على دور التخطيط المالي في ترشيد الق ا ر ا رت المالية للمؤسسة الاقتصادية، ومن أجل ذلك تمت الإحاطة بمفاهيم حول متغيرا ت الد راسة في الجانب النظري، ثم إسقاط الد ا رسة الميدانية في الجانب التطبيقي على إحدى المؤسسات الاقتصادية الج ا زئرية والمتمثلة في مؤسسة الج ا زئرية للمياه بولاية ميلة. اعتمدت الد ا رسة على مختلف المي ا زنيات التقديرية المقدمة من طرف مؤسسة الج ا زئرية للمياه وحدة ميلة لسنة 2017 ، باعتبارها أهم أداة من أدوات التخطيط المالي، حيث تم حساب الانح ا رفات وتحليلها لاتخاذ الإج ا رءات التصحيحية، وكذا التعرف على مختلف الق ا ر ا رت المتخذة من طرف المؤسسة محل الد ا رسة. ومن خلال هذه الد ا رسة توصلنا إلى أن مؤسسة الج ا زئرية للمياه وحدة ميلة تعتمد التخطيط المالي في اتخاذ ق ا ر ا رتها المالية وترشيدها، وذلك بالاستعانة بأهم أدواته المتمثلة في الموازنة التقديرية	en_US
