| Abstract: | هدفت الد را سة إلى معرفة دور الوكالة الوطنیة لتطویر الاستثمار –فرع میلة- في ترقیة المشاریع المقاولاتیة من خلال مختلف الحوافز الجبائیة الممنوحة لتلك المشاریع في ظل سیاسة الجزا ئر الهادفة إلى تنویع اقتصادها في مختلف القطاعات. وتوصلت الد ا رسة إلى أن الحوافز الجبائیة التي تمنحها الوكالة الوطنیة لتطویر الاستثمار- فرع میلة- ساهمت في زیادة عدد المشاریع المقاولاتیة على المستوى المحلي كمًا ونوعًا، وكان لها تأثیر ایجابي على تحسین المناخ الاستثماري لهذه المشاریع. ومن أجل ترقیة المشاریع المقاولاتیة على المستوى المحلي، یجب على الوكالة الوطنیة لتطویر الاستثمار – فرع میلة- توفیر وتحسین كل مكونات المناخ الاستثماري الملائم لترقیة هذه المشاریع دون الاقتصار فقط على الحوافز الجبائیة |
| Description: | The study aimed to know the role of the National Agency of Investment Development -Mila Branch- in developing entrepreneurial projects through the various fiscal incentives granted to these projects in light of Algeria's policy that aimed at diversifying its economy in various sectors. The study concluded that the fiscal incentives granted by the National Agency of Investment Development -Mila Branch- contributed to an increase in the number of entrepreneurial projects at the local level in terms of quantity and quality. It had a positive impact on improving the investment climate for these projects. In order to promote entrepreneurial projects at the local level, the National Agency of Investment Development - Mila Branch - must provide and improve all components of the investment climate suitable for the promotion of these projects, without being limited only to fiscal incentives. |
