dc.descriptionThe subject of social insurance is one of the topics which has a great importance, and our study takes as objective to research in the reality of social insurance through the perceptions of the university of Abdelhafidh BOUSSOUF – MILA employees, to discover all informations about it and services that it provides, and to achieve the objectives of our study, the descriptive and analytical approach was relied on using the estionnaire tool, which was distributed to all employees of the Institute of Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences at the university of Mila, which numbered 109 employees, and the SPSS program was used to analyze the answers. Among the most important results obtained are the following:- The results of the study showed that both the deductions and the CHIFA card achieved the highest percentage in terms of the rithmetic average and standard deviation, and therefore the degree of answer in them was higher than the rest of dimensions, where the members of the studied sample confirmed that the deductions represent a high percentage of monthly income, and they are not convinced about CHIFA card services.- The study also showed that the compensations achieved a medium ratio in terms of the arithmetic average and standard deviation, and this which caused a medium response degree, as the employees see that the value of compensation does not meet their needs.- Also, the results proved that satisfaction with social insurance services achieved the lowest percentage in terms of the arithmetic average and standard deviation, and this has a meaning which the employees dissatisfied about the services provided by the social insurance.- Also, the results proved that atisfaction with social insurance services dimension hold the lowest percentage in terms of the arithmetic average and standard deviation, and this has a meaning which the following: "the employees dissatisfied about the services provided by the social insuranceen_US
